We Are Inside is our own working methodology, based on a series of phases that involve a deep immersion into each hotel’s reality. generate change from within, achieving sustainable results and authentic transformation. All this, with the confidence and consistency that come from our experience within the sector.
We apply our own working methodology, which allows us to adapt to each project in a personalised and sustainable way. We don’t work for volume: carefully select projects that align with our values, getting involved from within through our We Are Inside. method

Stages of the We Are Inside methodology
The We Are Inside methodology consists of six working stages, which, by working from within, hand in hand with our clients, enable us to transform organisations and leave a lasting mark.

That’s why we analyse your hotel from every angle: we assess your brand’s reputation, get to know your working environment, and review your sales channels, income statement, and key KPIs. We speak your language: ADR, ARR, RevPAR, GOPPAR, TRevPAR, channel manager, PMS, integrations… We want to connect with you to start building the path toward improvement and success, together.

Stage 3:
SETUP
The first step is to organise and systematise all available information, creating a solid and well-structured database to support decision-making and guide the next stages of work. From there, we design, agree upon, and present an action plan with specific initiatives across six key areas: marketing, revenue, finance, people, strategy, operations, and technology.
We know that people are the driving force behind every organisation, which is why we place special emphasis on department heads, working closely with them to drive change and achieve the transformation of the hotel.
