Stages of the We Are Inside methodology

The We Are Inside methodology consists of six working stages, which, by working from within, hand in hand with our clients, enable us to transform organisations and leave a lasting mark.

It’s time to put our We Are Inside methodology into action. We go beyond the initial analysis to immerse ourselves in your accommodation’s reality, gaining a deep understanding of its people, systems, and processes from the inside out.

The first step is to organise and systematise all available information, creating a solid and well-structured database to support decision-making and guide the next stages of work.  From there, we design, agree upon, and present an action plan with specific initiatives across six key areas: marketing, revenue, finance, people, strategy, operations, and technology.

We know that people are the driving force behind every organisation, which is why we place special emphasis on department heads, working closely with them to drive change and achieve the transformation of the hotel. We transform people in order to transform establishments, and through that, deliver real results.

Stage 4:

WE LEAD

During the first few months of our collaboration, we take the lead in decision-making and strategy implementation. We immerse ourselves in your establishment, carrying the weight of the process while you and your team learn through experience. You observe and take part as we turn strategies into concrete, day-to-day actions.

We establish an organised work rhythm with regular daily and weekly meetings, tailored to each area of focus. In doing so, we not only ensure the proper application of the methodology, but also equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to lead with confidence and autonomy when the time comes. This phase is essential for cultivating a new working philosophy and a deeper understanding of hotel management.

We remain involved, offering support and ensuring that the methodology and knowledge are effectively applied. EsThis stage is key to consolidating what has been learned, strengthening confidence, and securing your autonomy at the helm of the project.
